Got to sleep instantly - exhaustion has some uses

Up once with burning feet - burning very badly though

Rhinits not too bad but still there

Bowel movement - very sloppy not diarrhea though

Guts/bowels very weird this morning - continuing on from yesterday - maybe the increased amount of ginger or the coconut or both - might be the fibre - both seem fiberous - maybe fibre is feeding bacteria = gas production etc
