went too bed far too late - got to sleep fine though

only up once with feet/piss but had to get up early so not enough sleep.

felt run down again upon waking - either ilness/rundown or worsening of rhinitis.

Bowel movement sloppy - no firmness at all - tends to be like that if farting badly the previous day - maybe something to do with bacteria in gut - water absorbtion etc - need to pay more attention.
