Breakfast -Fruit in the morning and cup of hot water - low GI fruit- e.g Kiwi which has three times the amount of vitamin c in one orange -Vitamin c has been shown to raise progesterone levels in females which is needed to reduce the androgen testosterone
Lunch -mixed veg with barley/ 30g of rice -veg includes: cabbage, tomato- improve taste as well, carrots, pepper, beetroot, onions- 10g only - because i hate them and they make me cry . Also lentils to improve taste , it has a low gi as well. Can have chicken as well -good source of zinc
Soup- tomato/ chicken/ any soup with added veg
NO POTATOES - due to high gi
Snacks: Pumpkin seeds- high in zinc aim for at least 30g a day
Tea- another fruit - with a low gi e.g plum or pear
I dont do tablets but if this doesnt work out i might get some borage oil for acne control
Vitamin a - at least 2and a 1/2 carrots
Vitamin c- kiwi, oranges bell peppers if my parents buy some- yellow bell peppers - have the highest amount of vitamin c

Zinc- pumpkin seeds- really good veg source of zinc, chicken, salmon- I forgot to include that i dont eat any meat except chicken.
Beef is the meat that has the highest amount of zinc followed by lamb and pork- but i dont eat beef because i am hindu and pork just tastes really squidgy and disgusting so i dont eat that either. Lamb is a dont even go there for my chloesterol level obsessed dad- but man does it taste amazing.
Foods that i dont eat- HIGH GI, sugary foods, DIARY- so eggs, chocolate included, Amond milk is a good substitute- unsweetened one, also i avoid processed and fried, oily foods
