Diet and acne

the foods recommended raised blood sugar levels which worsened my acne. My skin is terrible,my back acne has also gotten worse

as well.

Insetad i am going to cut out all sugary foods and dairy foods.

Also i am going to use the glycimex index to work out which foods wont significantly effect my blood sugar levels

Hello i have been cheatin a bit and have gorged on nutella- which has a lot of oil, and spicy chicken

So im sorry i will post results in the nest 1- 1/2 weeks ish

mY PLAN- eat yeast free wheat products avoid nightshades potatoes tomatoes, avoid oily spicy and processed or foods that need to be rewarmed and fried food.

Eat in moderation 3-4 times a day dont over do it drink too much water or over eat

Hey people im new here . I had never had moderate or severe acne before but then in November last year i started developing cysts, pustules and papules. It would be a new one each day.

FIRST OF ALL IF YOU FOLLOW THIS BLOG THEN BE WARNED THERE WILL BE A LOT OF SPELLING MISTAKES AND ERRORS NOT BECAUSE MY ENGLISH IS BAD(i do english as level) BUT BECAUSEE THIS LAPTOP IS MISSING SEVERAL KEYS.

i am trying to figure out if acne is diet related. My diet before severe acne diet was not good either but i would like to see if there any other improvements to mmy now severe acne . I going to be doing this for three months and i will keep u up to date each week. The reason i am posting this here is so i stick to it, which is one of other problems.

Other skin issues that i have is kerato pilarasis,(kp) half the world population have it and it is believed to be caused by wheat intolerance. I am going to be cutting out wheat as well in my diet.

Foods to avoid

Carbohydrates to avoid: white bread, white flour, baked goods, candies, cookies, ice, too much white rice or brown rice- eat 60g only, muffins, doughnuts., ice cream, cake , pancakes, oats and baked potatoes.

WHEAT products AND SUGARY FOODS (JUNK) TO BE AVOIDED.

Dairy :whole milk, cream, boiled egg, cheeses, yoghurt .. limit Caffeine

Fats: Pork, cream, fried chicken, fries, chips, fish sticks and crackers.

Processed foods: cookies, chips, deli meats, frozen fish sticks, pot pies and frozen pizzas, chicken nuggents, fish bread thing.

Fruits: Apples and oranges- one orange a day avoid prunes

Iodine rich foods - Proteins: Salmon, Shellfish, such as shrimp, lobster, crab, crayfish, mussel, clams, prawns. cheese, milk, idolized salt, kelp, boiled eggs, fish sticks, cod, cooked navy beans, skinless baked potatoes and baked turkey breasts.

Meat: Bacon, harm

Avoid oily, dry, spicy, sweet, fried and fermented foods

Also im mainly tryin to stick to following the ayurvedic treatment of acne ,which does not include chicken. The chicken i will be eating will not have any spice though, I love chicken too much tragically. The website im using and basing treatment from now on is home veda.
