HERE IS THE GOOD NEWS~!!!!! I was reading up online about diet's effecting your skin. I started reading about how dairy can effect your skin. This was not good news to me at the time because I LOVE icecream, pizza and CHEESE! I usually ate icream and pizza in moderation..... but I ate cheese daily. I thought, "There is no way I will ever be able to stop eating dairy!!!?!?!?" Although, since the cystic acne was eating away at my face, I decided- I need to try anything I can to stop the acne from taking over my face and scarring my once beautiful skin :( April 1st I started my dairy free adventure.... it was so hard the 1st month. However, I started to focus in on what I can have as opposed to what I can't and I have been getting really creative with recipes. BUT THE BEST PART IS!!! MY ACNE IS GONE!!! PRAISE JESUS!! My face has not felt this smooth since my elementary years. I seriously have not felt my smooth face in over a couple decades!!! I want to shout it on the roof tops to the acne community. Give dairy free a try.... for at LEAST 2 months, You may be surprised at what you find. Dairy free means no butter either. You can use alternative butter sources found at natural health good stores. I have been really impressed with coconut oil lately and it's versatile healthy alternative.
PLEASE TRY THIS FOR YOUR HEALTH AND FOR BEAUTIFUL SKIN THAT YOU WERE MADE TO HAVE. DAIRY CONTAINS SO MANY HORMONES, CASEIN AND BAD STUFF FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE ALLERGIC TO IT.
I HOPE AND PRAY THIS WILL HELP AT LEAST ONE ACNE SUFFERER OUT THERE. I WOULD FEEL EXTREMELY BLESSED TO HELP ANYONE I CAN WITH THEIR ACNE PROBLEM BECAUSE I UNDERSTAND THEIR PAIN!!
