Day 68

A few more small spots and usual peeling and dryness.

Nothing new except peeling more and more. I have a layer of dead skin on my face at all times.

Week 10 - Day 65

A lot of new spots!!! Might be due to exam stress and lack of sleep but I can't be sure. I'm disappointed..:boogie: Because I've been pretty clear for a week now this. Boo..

Dinner - White rice, steamed pork, spinach, fish balls

Week 10 - Day 64

Well it is week 10 and my skin has been pretty clear the past week but today I woke up with two spots on both my cheeks. Sigh. I was really stressed with college and didn't get enough sleep. I didn't even manage to update for this week. I will do it tomorrow.

Lunch - Japanese fried rice and udon, kiwi juice

Day 62

Seems like quite a lot of pustules are coming out. Still very tight and flaky

Day 63

I don't want to jinx it but my skin seems to be clearing up more now that I upped the dosage of BP. However, the dryness and flaking is uncontrollable. If I am not in an air conditioned place it is not too bad. A few new spots seem to be coming up especially 2 big ones on both my cheekbone area. I have been really busy so I haven't been drinking much water or eating fruits much.

Day 60

Skin was very dry and flaky even with a lot of moisturiser. At night ti seemed like a few pustules are coming up

Day 61

Skin is still as dry and tight.

Week 9 - Day 59

AM - Skin is looking better but with redness and peeling. Been busy so have not been ading much detail here.

PM - SKin look good but is very dry still

Dinner - White rice, pork, meatball and glass noodles soup

Week 9 - Day 58

AM - The spot on my chin popped. The spots on my right cheek are bigger now. There seems to be a spot coming up on my nose. It is red but not quite a bump yet. Going on BP overdose on that spot today.

PM - Nothing new skin is still dry and peeling. Fell a burning sensation whenever i apply a lot of BP in the same are.

Breakfast - Milo with supplements

Lunch - Chicken pizza, baked rice with ham and sausages, coke

Dinner - White rice, fish, spinach

Others - ACV with water, guava

Week 9 - Day 57

AM - Breakouts seem to be multiplying. Skin is peeling.

PM - Skin is dry. Some small spots popped but the bigger ones remain. A spot on my chin returned.

Week 8 - Day 56

AM - Woke up to many new spots. Two on my right cheek, a few on my left cheek. I am so depressed about it. It is 2 months already and yet not much improvement. I really doubt there will be much improvement by the end of the third month.

PM - Missed the night application because I fell asleep.

Breakfast - Instant noodles, Milo with supplements

Lunch - White rice, green vegetables, pork

Others - ACV with water, apple

Week 8 - Day 55

AM - No new spots but my face is horrible now. Especially the left side of my face. :boogie: I am using so much BP now. I don't know what's wrong. I wonder if it is the food I'm eating or the moisturiser.

PM - A few small spots. Besides that everything is still the same. Skin is dry.

Week 8 - Day 54

AM - Still nothing new but I have this red line near my lips. Not sure if that is a pustule coming up or what. But nothing new is good. Means that I am not breaking out. I am on the process to getting clear.

PM - 3 noticeable new spots. A few small ones too. My face is breaking out like crazy! I popped one the other looks like a nodule. I'm wondering if it cold be because I tried the Olay white radiance day cream. It didn't moisturise well either.

Breakfast - Prawn noodles, Milo

Lunch - Laksa

Dinner - White rice, chicken, cauliflower, pork

Others - Roti canai and chicken, ACV with water

Week 8 - Day 53

AM - The spot on my forehead cam to a head and I popped it. So it should be gone by tomorrow if things go well. Had quite a bit of milk today. I hope I don't break out in nodules. :boogie: I also forgot to put on moisturiser in the morning because I was in such a hurry.

PM - Forogt to take ACV with water. Other than that, nothing new.

Breakfast - Nasi lemak, chicken balls, coffee milk

Lunch -

Dinner - White rice, chicken, fish

Others - McD chocotop

Week 8 - Day 52

AM - Huge spot on my jawline and one small one on my chin. Nodules refuse to go away. They look ugly like scabs on my jawline..It is depressing since my cheeks and forehead seem to be looking better.

The huge spot on my jawline has shrunk a tiny bit.. :boogie: However, there is a medium sized spot on my forehead. Other than that, everything seems ok. I try not to think too much and it seems to help.

Dinner - White rice, steamed fish, cabbage

Others - Durian, ACV with water

Week 8 - Day 51

AM - Nothing much that is new. My skin is still dry and flaky and I have a few big spots on my right temple. Besides that things are looking good. I try not to over analyse my skin so I won't feel too stressed out about it. :boogie: Oh I've stopped applying ACV topically but I still take it orally.

PM - Nothing new except a spot on my left jawline. Not sure if it is nw or just newly inflamed

Breakfast - Instant noodles, Milo with supplements

Lunch - Pasembur

Dinner - White rice and fish

Others - Beef Ramly burger with egg and cheese, durian. ACV with water

Current Regimen

Morning

Cleanse face with Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser.

Wait 5-15minutes for face to dry then apply 5/6 finger of PanOxyl Acnegel 2.5 BP concentrating on inflamed acne.

Wait 5-15minutes for BP to absorb then apply Neutrogena Moisture SPF 15 all over face concentrating on the dry and flaky parts.

Night

Cleanse face in the shower while exfoliating with baby hair brush all over face concentrating on flaky parts.

Wait 5-15minutes for face to dry then apply 5/6 finger of PanOxyl Acnegel 2.5 BP concentrating on inflamed acne.

Wait 5-15minutes for BP to absorb then apply Neutrogena Moisture SPF 15 on the dry and flaky parts only. *Occasionally I use the Elizabeth Arden Visible Difference Cream Complex Hydratante instead of the Neutrogena because this gives more moisture.

Diet

Avoiding fatty food and too much oil.

Drinking more and more water. Currently about 1litre per day. Still trying to get it up to 1.5litres.

Avoid too much sugar.

Take 3 teaspoons/ 1 tablespoon of ACV with a mug of cold water.

Others

Try to get at least 8 hours sleep every night.

Take Vit C, E(every Monday, Thursday and Saturday), B-complex and Chlorella Green Algae Food Supplement with a drink every morning.

Use a towel to cover pillow and change it every 4 days because I don't change my pillow case frequently enough.

Sometimes I take 2 Vit C pills instead of one like before. Which means 500mg.

Use a separate face towel for my face.

I wash the baby hair brush with antibacterial shower gel after every use.

Future Possible Additions/Changes

Zinc supplement preferably Optizinc or Zinc Gluconate 30mg daily

Neutrogena Pore Refining Toner before BP - for the AHA and BHA exfoliating effect to reduce red marks and scars. But I'm sceptical because it contains SD alcohol.

Fruit of the Earth Aloe Vera gel to moisturise at night and reduce red marks.

Sunscreen SPF 30 Banana Boat Sun Wear.

Next moisturiser I'm going to try Neutrogena oil-free for Sensitive Skin or Olay Regenerist or Total Effects or Nivea Aqua Sensation day care. Nivea intensive day care moisturiser 20+

Week 8 - Day 50

AM - I Pulled an all nighter the day before and slept for the whole day yesterday. Hence, the lack of posting yesterday. I haven't been doing the regimen regularly either. Didn't exfoliate for 2 nights now. I also only did the regimen once in the middle of yesterday. But my skin seems fine. Today is the start of week 8 so it is almost 2 months I've been on the regimen now. But I don't have a camera with me. I will try to take the update photos with my camera phone or my webcam.

PM - My skin is flaking so much especially the bottom half of my face. :) No new huge pimples but a few milder ones. I'm just happy there are no cysts and nodules.

Week 7 - Day 48

AM - I totally forgot to put on moisturiser last night because I was so tired. Skin is dry as usual. I am actually using more BP now about 1 full finger. I guess that brought on the dryness. I hope it goes away soon. I picked at my skin again sighhh...

PM - The whole area along my jawline is full of nodules. I am so sick and fed up with this. One goes down another comes up. When will it ever end?

Week 7 - Day 47

AM - There was a new spot last night on my left jawline near my mouth. Also a few small bumps near my right eye which are giving me a little trouble since I don't want BP so near my eye. besides that, all has been good except for the dryness.

PM - The bumps near my eye itches! Arrgh! Skin is still dry too :) i can't stop picking!

Breakfast - Milo with supplements, her bee bun, chai koay

Lunch - White rice, fried chicken, some cucumber - Dilah's chicken rice

Dinner - White rice, chicken, cauliflower

Week 7 - Day 46

AM - Nothing new :dance: Skin is still a little dry though. I forgot to use the ACV :redface:. I am wondering if using too much moisturiser along my jawline is causing me to break out more but I'm not sure . I might be getting paranoid. :dance: SO I picked at my blackheads. I never learn. I hope they don't turn into inflamed acne.. :)

PM - I tried moisturising right after my shower..not sure how well it went though. The top half was ok but the bottom half of my face was still very dry. I put on BP after that. I also added soem moisturiser to the bottom part of my face. Right side of my face is all red and some parts of my forehead as well because of my picking earlier :(. My skin stays red for a long time after I pick at it.

Week 7 - Day 45

AM - I keep getting small spots on y forehead. The only part of my face that has been clear :) I am maddd! Sighhhh I don't even know which red marks are just spots that I have irritated and which are going to break out.

PM - I see to have stopped breaking out for now. I have not been using the ACV toner a few times now. I will start using it again tomorrow and see if I break out again. I used the Neutrogena deep clean cleanser tonight. My skin is extremely dry. Not sure if it is the cleanser or just my skin.

Week 7 - Day 44

AM - the new spot is not going down :redface:. It seems like whenever one spot goes down another comes up to replace it. I wish they would go away and not come back!

PM - Nothing has changed except I decided to pick at my skin and I have loads of red spots and injured spots. So yeah I'll probably have a lot of red marks but if they go down I don't really mind. I am just afraid some might come back as inflamed spots. :) I notice that whenever I pick my skin even if it is lightly my skin will stay red for a long time. Sigh.. :dance:

Week 7 - Day 43

Nothing new to my regimen from last week except I am not using the Fucidin any more. I don't think it works for me. BP works better. Good news is I finally found my BP and got 2 tubes of it too. Should last me at least 2 months.

AM - I see one new spot coming up, a few small pustules. I am beginning to think it is because of the ACV I am applying on my face or the junk I have been eating. Another big spot has come up on my jawline this time it is on the right side. :)

PM - I have been slathering on a lot of BP but I still get breakouts. A lot of them too big and small. I don't know what to do any more. I am so confused.

Week 6 - Day 42

AM - Saw some tiny pustules on my left cheek but other than that, nothing new. The pimple on my chin and on my temples refuse to go down and they are so red. Sigh...Going out to get the 5% BP today maybe that will kill them faster. Hopefully it won't dry out my skin so much.

PM - I found my 2.5% BP!! YAY!!! I don't have to worry about it for awhile. :)

Week 6 - Day 41

AM - Nothing new. Still doing the full regimen. The huge spot on my jawline has reduced in size a little. But the one on my shin is bigger and more painful.

PM - Skin seems a little more dry than usual. Will use more moisturiser tonight.The spot on my chin is really irritating me. I want it to eiter come to a head so I can pop it or go down so it won't be so red and painful. the one near my eyebrow is the same. :) Tomorrow I'll be eating junk again.
