This will work

Alright. Here are a few acne tips that I may be restating, but that are extremely important.

-The only times you should be touching your face is when you are applying products to it

-Drink lots of water, about a gallon THROUGHOUT the day, not all at once. This will flush out necessary things, besides toxins

-Have a positive attitude about your acne

-Eat healthy, organic foods if possible. Try to avoid dairy from cows, which your body cannot digest well.

-Be consistant in your daily routine. Do not keep on trying new products before you are sure that your products are not working. I usually wait a month (about four weeks) before trying new products if I don't see signs of improvement.

Drinking tons of water is so important. I cannot even stress how important this is. I use a Camelback water bottle, which is 750 mL when filled. I usually drink about five or more, adding up to a grand total of 3750 mL. You have to drink an inhuman amount of water for the toxins from the food and drinks you put into your body to go out of your body. This is slightly gross, but if your urine is even tinted yellow, you should drink more. It should be clear. Well, I'll leave you all off with that gross sidenote, and hope this helps.

Ok, so we have taken care of the outside of your face, but why is acne still occurring then? Well it makes sense doesn't it? Acne comes from the inside out. So, if you have been cleansing your face twice daily for a few weeks, and acne is still coming, then you know its something you are putting into your body, that your body has rejected and is trying to eject through your face (I know, its a terrible inefficient way, but your body is very desperate). So here is a list of things to not eat or drink.

-DAIRY PRODUCTS: this is a big one. Dairy from cows is very hard for your body to digest, especially non-organic dairy products with chemicals in them. Eliminate dairy from your life, and you will definitely notice a difference.

-Sugary products: Products like cake, soda, and chocolate are all causes of acne as well. It doesn't mean you can never have them, just totally eliminate the for a while, and you will notice a difference. You probably will never go back!

-Greasy products: Products like greasy chicken, wings, chips, and other junk foods are all causes of acne. I haven't noticed that noticeable a difference when eliminating these, but everyone is different. I just don't eat them because they are unhealthy for not only your skin, but your liver and other digestive organs.

See it makes sense now, right? You never hear stories of acne in the Bible or in history books. That's because they didn't use chemicals and unnatural things in their crops! I suggest watching Food, Inc. It is eye opening and inspiring to diet and live a healthy lifestyle. Hope you all have a great, acne free life now!

Ok, so this is a list of the products that have been super effective for me. I use's cleanser, followed by the treatment of the same brand, then the moisturizer. After the moisturizer, I either use the AHA or bio oil (purcillin oil). I do this morning and night. In the middle of the afternoon, when my face tends to get greasy and yucky, I use a homemade astringent (I just call it a toner). It consists of 1 part APPLE CIDER vinegar, 2 parts cooled green tea, and 1 teaspoon lemon juice. I also like to add a teaspoon of olive oil because it helps with hyper pigmentation and redness while moisturizing as well. Two to three times a week I use a homemade exfoliator/face repairer that works wonder. This was shown to me by @bubzbeauty on youtube. It really works wonders. Here is the magic recipe.

Apple Cider Vinegar: 1 teaspoon

Sugar: 5 teaspoons, then add two more at the end

Honey: 1 1/2 teaspoon

Cooled down green tea: 2 teaspoons

Put on cotton ball/pad. Evenly distribute on face. Massage GENTLY for 2-4 minutes. Keep on for at least 10 minutes.

Side note: this leaves your face feeling smooth and fresh, while in the long term removing wrinkles, redness, and scars.

Sometimes during the day I will randomly put honey on my face for a few minutes, and that is a GREAT way to get your skin looking great.

LAST AND MOST IMPORTANT: Do not scratch, pick, or pop pimples. This actually causes more pimples/cysts, and makes your face red and swollen.
