So I had been doing pretty good as long as I stay away from dairy, but I found myself breaking out somewhat a couple of weeks ago (probably b/c I ate cake for 7 days straight) and decided to put alcohol on my chin (currently my most prone area) and it got so much worse. I'm silly and did not make the connection until about 4 days later when my skin was super irritated. I finally stopped and my skin was getting better, but then of course thanksgiving came along and guess who had some mac n cheese -_-
I am still working on it without going back to antibiotics for now but if it persist I may have to go back on the sulfate (i.e Bactrium) Its been a couple of months without it (since August). We shall see if my eating habits help improve it if not bactrium it is.
