May Regimen 2012

It's mostly clear, fewer pimples and less severe, but the few I do have are large, red but not pustules.

No current cysts, 2 blemishes on my left cheek, 1 blemish on my forehead. Healing marks between my eyebrows, right cheek, and chin. Red marks are fading from the Deming gel.

What I'm doing right now, the diet and supplements is something I'd be doing if it helped my acne or not:

Diet-

Mostly Vegan (except for supplements), gluten-free, avoid soy, peanuts, citrus, and avoiding IgG response foods (19 total)

Lots of CSA veggies, some fruits. Whole food diet with limited ingredients, limited packaged foods

Rice or hemp protein every morning

Supplements- (changes in italics) (helping the most in bold)

Detox Nutrients Multi

Pro Omega Fish Oil

Vitamin D 2000 IU

Hormone Balance (with broccoli and DIM, seems to be helping a lot)

Contegra (for mood)

Mood and Energy tincture from my Dr / one for each half of my cycle

Zinc cream (because taking it orally makes me ill)

Pan Plex digestive enzyme

1/2 grain thyroid med

Probiotics when I remember because they stay in the fridge

AM-

Manuka Honey or OCM

Makeup-

Physicians Formula Organic tinted moisturizer or

Neutrogena SkinClearing Liquid Makeup

Physicians Formula Circle Rx Circle Control Concealer (as a spot concealer)

Zinc oxide cream mixed in with make up

PM-

Honey or OCM

Retin-A (trying again for red marks)

Sometimes ACV and tea toner Regimen

My skin has been so much better! Mostly clear, fewer pimples and less severe. Plus they go away quickly. I think the zinc cream, broccoli and DIM supplements are really helping.

No current cysts, 2 small blemishs in between my brows, 2 healing blemishes on cheek, 2 chin blemishes. Clear forehead. Red marks are fading from the Deming gel.

Feeling a little disappointment about my skin, but made some recent changes to my supplement regimen, so hopefully that will help. I suspect the treatment for estrogen dominance can be the cause of my current acne.

No current cysts, 1 inflamed blemish in between my brows, 5 healing blemishes on cheek, under nose and forehead. Red marks are fading from the Deming gel.

Made a few changes to my routine that I wanted to document. I got Dermify for Christmas, so I'm giving it a shot until it runs out. So far, it's been just as effective as the OCM, but I'm going to keep at it. I like that it's all natural.

I'm 95% clear... a few non-inflamed blemishes (around hairline, between brows) and 2 healing spots, red marks fading. No cysts!

What's working for me right now, the diet and supplements is something I'd be doing if it helped my acne or not (fortunately, it does):

Diet-

Vegan, gluten-free, avoid soy, avoiding IgG response foods (19 total)

Rice protein every morning

Supplements-

Multi with Iron and Iodine (Iron and Iodine for thyroid)

Vitamin D 1000 IU

Maca (for hormones and mood)

Contegra (for mood)

Mood and Energy tincture from my Dr lowered Progesterone dose

Zinc every 4 days (or else I get nauseous)

Probiotics when I remember because they stay in the fridge

OCM as soon as I get home from work. Sometimes with baking soda

ACV toner with tea tree and sea salt

Retin-A Micro 0.04%

No more BP, it doesn't work for me anymore and I think it makes things worse

azelaic acid 20% and niacinamide 2% gel

Queen Helene Mint Julip mask (sulfur is my friend)

IS Clinical Active Serum
