Back from vacation!

My skin has been horrible. HORRIBLE. I am pretty sure that it is from the Tretinoin (retina-A). I thinkI started too early. I should have waited for the Spiro to take more of an effect so that my initial breakout wouldn't be so bad. I think the problem is that there is so much dead/pealing skin that the pores get too clogged....
