Again, more of the same. 160,000 IU of vitamin A (retinol), and roughly 25,000 IU of vitamin D with 10mg of vitamin k2(mk-4).
My pores appear to be shrinking. They are definitely smaller than they've been in a LONG time, like 5 years. However they do become enlarged when I eat too much carbs (even low glycemic ones). I split my doses in half, morning and night and I take the vitamins each time with whole milk or half and half.
Mostly I've been eating beef, milk, and fruit. Carb intake is about 100g/day. Fat intake is about 120g/day with protein about 80g/day.
