Update:
Ok, so I'm counting yesterday's whitehead removals as picking because I think I went a little overboard. I have 2 new scabs that shouldn't be there. Discouraging... but the rest of my skin seems ok with minor improvements.
I'm changing the format of my log to "actives" so that its easier to keep track of improvements.
