Tazorac for back acne

my back is a dry wasteland. I still have comedones inside my skin on my left shoulder they have not came out yet but the ones on my right side have emerged. The middle of my back is very dry because all of it popped up already and its just very dry and scabby.

So, I've managed the acne on my face I don't have any pimples but they show up once in a while. However, my back acne has not been under control because I get lazy and I don't wash it twice, toner it, put bp on it twice a day like I use to I just do it whenever I shower.
