Too Soon To Post? Ok I am addicted to blogging. My feeling today is that I am walking a tightrope with my acne. As long as I continue my vigorous treatment schedule I have clear and smooth skin. I am just praying I don't fall off that tight rope and lose that big pole I was carrying for balance...*Posted Image Posted Image   Posted Image    acne----->Posted Image<------me  chuckle*....I love benzaclinPosted Image ..I am convinced that using it twice a day is working wonders for my face. When I do my first face wash of the day sooo much dead skin and oil is removed. I never get scaly or dry due to the moisturizing properties of clindamycin gel alone.Posted Image Posted Image I still wonder is spirononlactone is working..like today my face is smooth and flawless..(few small scars that are unnoticeable unless you get up close and scrutinize my skin); which no one does...Wish me luck because I think my dermatologist might boot me off my preciosa anti-biotics (the oral ones, pills...) anyway hmmm...

My regimen is:

Step A. Wash face with dial antibacterial soap. Dry face with soft clean towel.
Step B. Apply pea size amounts of topical clindamycin and topical tretinoin. Wait three hours.
Step C. Wash face with dial antibacterial soap. Pat face with dry clean towel.
Step.D Apply Benzaclin. Wait three hours.Wash face with antibacterial soap or purpose gentle face cleanser,
Step E. Re-apply pea size amount of topical clindamycin and topical tretinoin. Wait three and half hours. Wash face with purpose gentle face cleanser.
Step F. Re-apply benzaclin. Wait three hours. Wash face with gentle purpose cleanser.
Step G.Re-apply topical clindamycin and sleep. Good night!

Antibiotics and spironolactone:
6:00AM take 1,000mg of keflex
11:00Am take 100mg of spironolactone
12:30pm take 1,000mg of keflex

Wow. That is A LOT of washing and applying topicals. But your skin looks gorgeous! So jealous. Keep up the great work. ^_^
