Today is going to be a good day because the weather is gorgeous and it well be for the entire weekend so I am determined to not give a crud about what may or may not be going on with my skin.
The good news is that my hormonal breakout has healed now after 3-4 days of being sad about it . . . I should really just get over it because I know it's going to happen again next month! Oh well. Anyways I thought that I would update you all on my routine because my oral supplements have changed as of yesterday (early I know but I am excited to see if it makes a difference)
AM - Wash with Skin Ceuticals LHA cleanser, spot treat if needed, jojoba oil to moisturize. Eat a nice healthy breakfast (I'm a freak about all organic, whole wheat everything, yadda yadda) and then I take 3 flax seed oil pills, 2 dong quai(only during the week I'm menstrating and off my BC to control my hormones), and B Complex 100 which has 1,000mg of vitamin B5 which is supposed to be great with acne, it also has a lot of biotin and other goodies in it)
LUNCH - Small portion of something along with 2 more dong quai pills
PM - Wash with Skin Ceuticals LHA cleanser, exfoliate if needed with glycolic scrub(only 2 times a week), Theraputic Lotion from Obagi, Blemish and Age Defense Serum on bigger areas of concern, and jojoba oil to moisturize. With dinner I take my last 2 dong quai, 3 more flaxseed oil and wah-lah!
Now this will change once I start back on my BC on sunday being that I will not be taking Dong Quai because it is not needed when on hormones
