The Beginning

I have struggled with severe acne for as long as I remember.  I won't drag up the painful details, but I've come to a point in my life where I finally have the time and energy to focus on my health in a really serious way.  I always been interested in health food and naturopathy, but I wasn't doing enough.  And I wasn't paying close enough attention to my body.  I've always ignored my acne, relying on my personality and body for confidence.  I pretending it wasn't happening.  And now I feel like I'm waking up for the first time.  And I'm left with the horrible realization I should have done this years ago.  Here's a pic of my a couple months ago.  Really active skin--Attached Image
I'm starting a new regimin, I'm on my second or third week, I'm basically clear.  But the sight of my scars makes me sick.

Changing pillow cases often
Not picking!! NO MATTER WHAT!!

In several weeks, these life style changes have led to my skin being 95% clear.  However, now I am left with awful awful hyperpigmentation and scaring.
