Ok, for the last 2,5 months I did not have a single break out of anything on my face. Accutane does really work well for me. I am still on reduced dose of 20mg per day and will remain so until the end of the treatment. Over the years I have tried different diet changes and alterations (including dairy free and gluten free diet) ending up being vegetarian....
