Ok so after blogging yesterday I then went home & picked a white head that had appeared over the course of the day 
not great. deffo gonna get red marks from that one i think, plus its on the left side of my face where i hardly ever even get spots! DOH!
anyway... so this morning I have no new spots which is good and the ones on my forehead are mainly just little scabs now & not red anymore apart from one of them (why do my forehead ones never leave red marks yet my cheek is full of red marks??)
So basically, GOT.TO.TRY.HARDER and not pick any whiteheads that arise as this reaaaally doesn't help in the long run.
