I started taking Colostrum on 9th January 2013 [last Wednesday].
It is 12 hr freeze dried ultra colostrum (30% IgG) by Myprotein.

I am/will be taking it every day or every other day or so. Usually with whey powder and milk.
I am taking around 6-8 grams per time.

I stopped taking this after only a couple of weeks just in case it was breaking me out worse.
