Severe Bloating - Bad Farting - Bad Breakout On Face/neck Area

Today i have had terrible bloating, the two previous days i had bad farting. I have some bad spots on the side of my neck, one on my ear lobe and some weird 24 hr hive type things on cheeks that were painful but then just disappeared.




Diary for past 3 days:



SUNDAY 15,4,12

1/3 head of broccoli.

bowl of rice crispies, bowl of corn flakes, semi skimmed milk, scoop whey powder.

Tuna pasta - carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, white pasta, tuna, mayonnaise, 1 beef stock cube, salt, pepper, quark, olive oil, vinegar..

Polenta cake - corn meal, eggs, butter, olive oil, white cane sugar, vanilla extract, stem ginger, quark.



Did not sleep properly - had farting through night. - very bad nights sleep.



MONDAY 16,4,12

1/3 head broccoli

2 tuna pitas - white pita, tuna, mayonaise, cottage cheese, quark, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, mustard

1 more of above.

Polenta cake - corn meal, eggs, butter, olive oil, white cane sugar, vanilla extract, stem ginger, quark.

bowl of rice crispies, bowl of corn flakes, semi skimmed milk, scoop whey powder.

WEIGHTS - some farting during weights.

2 scoops whey, small amount bcaa, semi skimmed milk, white cane sugar, vit c.

Noticed weird spot/hive thign on cheek. - could feel pain and lump but not noticeable from outside,

White rice, eggs, carrots, peas, sweetcorn, olive oil, rapeseed oil, chicken breast, green thai curry paste, fish sauce, salt, pepper.




Did not sleep well again - farting in morning again.



TUESDAY 17, 4,12

1/3 head broccoli

Farting throughout morning - guts didn't seem right.

2 chicken pitas - white pita, chicken breast, quark, salt, pepper, olive oil, pepper.

Some bloating

1 more chicken pita.

Polenta cake - corn meal, eggs, butter, olive oil, white cane sugar, vanilla extract, stem ginger, quark.

bowl of rice crispies, bowl of corn flakes, semi skimmed milk, scoop whey powder.


SEVERE BLOATING - 2/3 hours after - as bad as i have ever had.

Stew - potatoes, sweed, carrots, etc

Fish fingers.

Last few weeks has been bad.


Few weeks ago got 2 giant ones on forehead of which red marks still remain,

Couple of weeks ago severe breakout on back ~ 5 largish. painful red ones.

Around a week ago got bad prespot pain in upper lip and on chin. Weird severe pre spot pain with some reddishness but no real spots forming except one which did come to a white head eventually.

Few days ago got some spots around side of neck, on earlobe, another smaller couple on forehead.

on 16,4,12 after weights noticed pain in cheek and felt what appeared to be a spot/hive - this had then disappeared by next day.



POSSIBLE CULPRITS / THINGS TO CONSIDER

​Not been sleeping well at all recently especially on the first few days of the week.

The broccoli regime - maybe its interfering with other gut flora than just h-pylori - might explain bloating and previously farting - almost antibiotic symptoms.

Maybe cornmeal in polenta cake.

Felt run down last few days but this is most likely form sleep deprivation - although i could have some kind of infection i guess.

I had half a pie on saturday - clutching at straws but maybe lar din pastry was more significant than i gave it credit for.
