Last night [evening of 28,Feb,2012] Erythromelalgia was pretty bad for the first time in a few weeks - feet were burning quite badly.
- Had lots of gas through evening and then in early morning. As with last few weeks gas has been horrendous health hazard horrific.
- Also very loose, mildly explosive, very warm/hot, nasty, borderline diarrhoea BM this morning.
- The finger points at Taurine. Maybe for EM and gas.
Also first time id had zinc and magnesium for a while so they could be a factor.
Could be peas, veg etc.
Diet from 28,2,2012.
Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds http://www.livestron...s-with-almonds/, corn flakes, rice crispies, scoop whey protein, semi skimmed milk.
2 White muffins, tuna, mustard, quark, salt, vinegar, tiny amount mayonnaise.
another tuna muffin of above.
Small piece of home made chocolate cake.
Pasta, onion, pepper, tomato paste, salt, pepper, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, peas, sweetcorn.
6 chocolates
4 breakfat biscuit thinggies
2 scoops whey protein, cane sugar, small amount bcaas, semi skimmed milk, vitamin c
50000 iu vit a, 5000 vit d, vit e
small amount of pasta
Broccoli, Cauliflower, carrots, peas, sweetcorn, quork, salt, pepper.
chicken leg, thigh, wing, bit of breast.
Zinv picolate 25mg
Magnesium
SKIN
No bad spots, all active spots dead.
One or two on back.
Scalp good.
Only smalish ones on face if any.
