Last Tuesday [23 May 2012] my acne was pretty bad, not the worst it gets but bad, so i decided to give something topical a chance for once.

I have been "washing" my face with oil for the last week ie: "Oil Cleansing" etc.

In the mornings and through out day i am just washing face with water but after shower/bath i am gently rubbing...

Last Friday [11, 5, 12] was the last day i had a raw broccoli smoothie [somehow was never sick downing them] in the morning. On that day i ended up going a good few hours, i'd say around 6 hours or so before i ate again. So from the previous day i almost went on a 24 hour broccoli only fast type thing.

Last Friday, the 11 MAY 2012, was the last day i had one of my rank raw Broccoli "smoothies".

I have decided to pack this in for a while considering it didn't seem to be doing that much and it isn't a good idea long term anyway.
