Train learning to lvl 3 then go mining till you can fly an Indy. Make sure you have engineering,  electronics, mining, frigate, nav, and afterburner all at lvl 3 while mining the newbie belts. Get  your indy and mine and train the 9 hour skills while working or sleeping. Then go for the big  guns. You should have indy 1 by then and can start trading 1-5 warps in .5 space making about 2  mil a day while you train for your micro warp drive (absolutely necessary!)
another one said 2 millon eve isk per hour sounds really sick, i recommend for newbies, make a new char, make caldari as race, choose the lower charisma att race, then start training for the Raven ( Caldari BAttleship ), train for torpedos ( Siege Launchers ), and ull make 2 millon in 10  minutes or less, ( o remember, always look for a corp with access to 0.0 space ), Rats on 0.0  space give 1 millon bounty, and easier rats give 200-600k per ship.
