Well, since the last time I wrote, I've broken out. Those vitamins didn't really help. It's so frustrating!

I've been on these vitamins for a few weeks now and I've also been using Benzoyl Peroxide 5%. I haven't formed any new zits and the old ones are starting to heal. Hopefully, it'll all clear up!

My face hasn't broken out as bad in about 2 weeks. Hopefully these vitamins will keep my stupid hormones in check!

Today, I went to the store and got a bottle of vitamin B6 (50mg). I'm going to started taking this twice a day and see if it helps any since it is supposed to help hormonal imbalances.

My zits hurt really bad and I looked up vitamin B6 and I found out that it is supposed to help hormonal imbalances. Maybe that will help...we'll see...I'll keep you posted on the progress!

My zits are already starting to clear up again, but I bet they'll come back next month. I guess I'll be going to the doctor again at the beginning of June to ask about Yaz.

I think I'm going to go to the doctor and ask them about birth control. I used my calendar to keep track of when I breakout and I always get zits about 1 week before the dreaded menstrual cycle. (uh, I can't stand it). But maybe that will work. Besides, I don't have anything else to lose.

Well, I've been using this stuff for about a week and a half now, and it hasn't really done much. I broke out again about 3 days ago and I have about 4 really painful cysts. I feel helpless because nothing seems to EVER work. I don't want to go to school anymore or do anything...

Well, I got this stuff called Benzac 5% yesterday and it seems to be working. I put it on last night and my zits aren't nearly as red and noticeable as they were a few days ago. They are also WAY less painful. I put powder on and you can't even see them! Hopefully this stuff will keep working!

Hi guys, does anyone know how to get rid of cysts that are red and painful? You can't pop them and they usually leave scars. I have a few of them and nothing seems to be working. I've been on tetracycline, and I've tried just about everything in the drugstore. My doctor just prescribed Benzac 5%, so I'm supposed to try that starting...
