This weekend is halloween and i can't avoid drinking. I am a month and a half into a candida diet and I would like to know what is the least bad beer that I could drink this weekend without it setting me back on my diet. Please let me know. Thanks.

I know that spinach is supposed to be amazing for you and i eat two baby spinach salads a day with lunch and dinner. Could the iodine in the spinach cause acne?

THC is supposed to be an anti inflammatory and i stopped smoking weed due to the smoke causing acne. Do you think that edibles, if healthy can even be beneficial as an anti inflammatory? Really i am just looking to be able to get fades again, but if the edibles actually can help my acne then that's all the better. I am looking to get on this THC butter from a local marijuana clinic. I am on an anti candida diet, so i think that adding this in wouldn't be too bad since butter is supposed to be good on the candida diet. What do you guys think, is this a good idea or do you think that the butter may not be good for my candida diet? thanks.

I don't know much about this stuff but it's basicaly a yeast killer and it seems like it could be a very good idea for people with candida to take it. Also since constipation is common with candida, this cat's claw is supposed to really be great for that too. It seems like an amazing herb, so let me know what you guys know already about it cause i have candida and constipation and am obviously lookin for something to help with the constipation (psyllium doesn't work for me). Thanks.

the problem for skinny peeps like me is we are on this diet, but weight becomes a definite factor. This can't be solved by eating avocados or downing olive oil and higher fat foods becuase you will lose weight becuase of the lack of sugar. Our bodies are used to burning sugar and when we stop eating sugar all together then our bodies burn fat. So the problem with this is that no matter how much fat we eat on the candida diet, we will still lose weight becuase of the lack of sugar, but you obviously can't eat sugar on a candida diet. What can i do to solve this? I don't even really know if i have candida or not, but i do have senistivity to sugar. When i switched to the candida diet, my skin cleared and has been clear for almost 3 weeks, but at the cost of my weight. I have lost 3 to 4 pounds since i started. Is it possible to kill candida without the diet and possibly a cleanse will do the trick?
