and can teens use this?

hii im new and have been struggling.

HII ALL!! okay so i live in fla...very humid climate. I have been stuggling with acne for about 3 years? I would say I have mild acne. I have started to use differn cream with gentle cleanser and some bp now and than. I know my hormones are outta wack cuz ive been having cramps for the past two weeks but no period. I was on yaz for about 5 months? and bactrium double dose for 6 months baddd idea. made me so tired and im an athelte so destoryed my swimming. But I dont know if I should try spirocnolatone? or however its spelled haaa. Well people tell me i look pretty and thats when my face is clear.I have so many aspiratons of what i just wanna do when my face is clear! i cant wait for that day. help me!! what do i use or do i just wait for my hormones to balance again?
