There are so many stories on here about acne coming back after Accutane! It worried me, and now my worries are becoming a reality. I am not talking about one little whitehead. I was fine with that - 3 months ago. Now, I've had like 4-5 cysts on my face and just some overall mildish/moderate stuff. UGH.

I desperately wanted to clear up redness, but now with acne coming back, I feel so screwed by Accutane. Not to mention oilyyy. I've been using Differin 0.3% as "maintenance" after Accutane. (Finished in early Jan, started using differin occasionally in March/April, in the past month I've ramped it up) It's sooo frustrating! I loved being dry and oil free on tane!

SO I'm going to see the derm to complain in 2 weeks. Any chance of a second round? Should I kinda chill with the differin for now? Hard cysts or whatever they are scare me. sad.gif Anyway, if anyone has any advice/info/comments, please do. Thanks =)

Ok, first off I'll say that I don't have severe acne to the extent of my entire face being covered in cysts. BUT, since I've been on Accutane my face looks suspect of being to hell and back.

Needless to say I've gotten some cyst thangs. I think. I actually have no clue what they are or how to make them go away. I would LOVE to have the large ones gone by school. (little more than a week) But I don't know if that's possible.

The one I really hate is a large one near the top of my forehead. It doesn't hurt, but it's pretty big, it feels hard, is a bit red and has been there for maybe close to two weeks with nothing happening. I want this to GO AWAY.

On my RIGHT cheek, I have several painful, tender ones under the skin that don't feel very round, kind of flat, but very painful and red and lumpy, but not huge. OUCH.

Can anybody clear me up on the difference between cysts/nodules and how in the WORLD I can get rid of these soon? It's very miserable, as I'm sure everyone knows. sad.gif

Thanks to anyone who can help.

I'm not ready to start treating red marks/scars yet, but I'm nearly there, and I was wondering if it's ok to use ACV while on Accutane. Is this a big no no or is it fine? Sounds promising!

Thanks! smile.gif

Hi all! I'm still using my EM samples, because I'm just not sure of some colors, and I don't want to order the everday kit and end up hating one of them after like two days, lol.

Anyway, I like the "Multi-tasking" concealor but I'm not sure about the foundation. "Multi-tasking" was ok, but so was "fairly light" in warm. I'm fair/light and my face is lighter than the rest of my body redface.gif so I wanted to get a bronzer. So, my question is...

If anyone has the "Everday Bronzer" from EM, would it be too dark for lighter/paler skin? I'm not exactly ghostlike, but pretty light. I use a tad of "Tea Time" blush, and that works ok. The shades on the site and on the little card thing they send you just do NOT represent well. Besides the fact that I'm pretty much useless with colors. rolleyes.gif

If anyone could help, or recommend some blushes or whatever, it'd be greatly appreciated!

Oh, and if you send them an email with a picture, will the respond with some suggestions? If anyone's tried this and had success, I might just do it for myself.

Thanks smile.gif

So, I just got my samples from everyday minerals! eusa_dance.gif And, I think I like the fairly light foundation on me and the rest aren't working so well. I think the "Tea Time" blush is a bit too dark, and the concealor a bit too light. Ugh. lol So I'm gonna get some more and hopefully I'll hit the nail on the head with these.

Anyway, I was wondering, if you don't have the concealer brush, how would you go about applying the concealor? finger?
Also, what are the differences between all the brushes? Like, do you really need a foundation and blush brush if you have a kabuki? Can't they all work the same?
And final question, I got samples of the "fairly light" and "light" foundations, only I don't know if it was in warm or neutral! It doesn't say on the samples... eusa_think.gif And I don't know how to tell.

Sorry, I'm like super new to minerals, and even though I don't have the right shades yet, I really like how they go on and look! Thanks to anyone who can help! smile.gif

EDIT: One more question! lol I've been noticing that there are some fine lines around my eyes that the minerals seems to accentuate....what to do about that?
