Will acne return if I get pregnant?

I have been suffering from cystic acne since I stopped taking BC pills 7 years ago. I´m now 31.
This year I felt so depressed that nothing worked, I had to do something.

I´m now on accutane which is the only thing I haven´t tried so far.
I´m confident this will clear me but I´m terrified the acne will return. I don´t like the side affects of accutane so getting a 2nd course after this one is not an option.

My question is: Is there anyone out there who has also been on accutane for this type of acne ( after BC) ? And did your acne return?

I´m also worried about getting pregnant ( I might try 6 months after accutane or so) cause I´m afraid that getting pregnant may change my hormones again so that my acne will reurn.
Has anyone been on accutane and then gotten pregnant and acne still didn´t return?

I don´t want to be on accutane just to see my acne return again in a couple of years.
I have heard success stories about women being clear forever or ten years or so after accutane, but I wonder if they got pregnant or went through some other type of hormonal changes afterwards.
