Hey guys
I've pretty much controlled my acne for the first time in 3 years or so now. I use dan's BP at night only and avoid ALL dairy products. However! About a month ago a friend offered me a coffee and I said, yes please , black. He went and put milk in it accidentally and I had to drink it as he was right in front of me Anyway, it gave me a horrid spot which I eventually popped (was a good one as well I've been avoiding picking at it as nothing comes out, just stays under the skin! So my question is.... What can I do to surface this weird spot and get rid of it for all? I know for good, that it's going to HAVE to be picked but I just want to do it as safely as possible

Hey people
I've been avoiding all dairy for about 3 weeks now and only using the regimen at night and it has been going brilliantly. I'm still getting the odd spots but they are small ones I can live with! However the other day, I woke up and helped myself to Orange juice from the fridge. I touched my face in uni and felt a horrible 'under the skin spot' just under my nose. Now I haven't got one of these in 3/4 weeks since I cut dairy out as that guarantees them, it's these kinda spots that keep me inside the house... Could orange juice be a trigger? I know it's high in sugar but sugar doesn't usually effect me, just dairy?

Hey guys
I only use the regimen at night but when i wake up the morning my skin is often dry. Could I put 3/4 drops of JJ oil in my BP? (I don't moisturize) Thanks Aliass

Hey chaps
I LOVE tea but dairy seems to break me out. Can anyone recommend a nice hot drink that doesn't contain dairy. Not Green Tea and not Black coffee! |
