I just realized that my acne is pretty much gone but i still stick around.

The reason for this is because all you guys are great, keep it up we got a good family goin here.

I had bad acne on my forehead. I was on accutance for under 2 months but with school i was getting to tired.

Still now i am able to put all kinds of cream on my face not wash 3 times a day and acne refuses to come back. (kinda)

Although i have gotten 2 small zits that went and came within 3 days. (no dark mark, redness, it also stayed under the skin)

This i can live with, because of this i encourage accutane, if the sideaffects get you come off and maybe you will be ok or at least be improved enough to be secussful with topicals.
