Im not sure about the oversensitive hormone receptors, as far as I know its just speculation, theres no real evidence for that.

I was working on something similar to this a while ago. Yours is a lot more comprehensive, though; very nice work.

Shouldn't 'hormonal imbalance' feed back into the insulin resistance stuff somewhere, though? I guess saying 'hormonal imbalance' is basically the same thing as saying 'increased insulin/angrogens/etc'. I understand that laying out flowcharts is daunting if too many things interconnect, so you might've just stuck them all together for convenience's sake.

Current Regimen (10/05/08)

- 15 ml Cod liver oil ( anti inflammatory + Vitamin A + Vitamin D) near bedtime

- 50 mg Zinc , 4* 500 mg Vitamin C, B-Complex

- Avoid hydrogenated Vegetable oils (biggest trigger in breakouts), Sugar, dairy,and processed stuff (very definite triggers)

- Sleep before 11:00 Pm (3 weeks + now)

- Get early morning sunlight for 10-15 minutes.

- Exercise (Stretching+Running) every single day of the week for 30-45 minutes (2 weeks now)

Current Skin status:

About 95 percent (+) clear. I am happy :D

I think this is a possibility in my case.

My acne occurs after lunch. If I don't eat, I starve, but my skin doesn't freak out. I need to eat more because I need more weight, but I'll have to be careful and instead try to eat more balanced meals. Big breakfast, medium lunch, smaller dinner.
