I'm sure it's been asked before Periods on Yaz/Spiro?

I've been on Spiro for almost a month along with Minocycline. I recently started Yaz, just started week 2 on Sunday.
Those on this combo what has it been like for you? and how were your periods before?
We go on vacation the week I'd be "due" if I have a period as I would and am looking for what to expect, maybe it will show a week early?

What are these things??

I thought they were cysts, but am not sure. I get them on my tzone. They start big red and hurt, ooz a clear white. By the time I'm done with putting bp on them they are peeling and dry. Once that sloughs off I can see the "seed" in the center which I can get out easily with my extractor. But I'm left with a temporary hole where the center was. I've been lucky and not had scarring and know I shouldn't be picking but it's the only way they go away.
I'm 30 and never had acne as a teen and constantly have one of these forming or healing.
What are they???

closed comedo or whiteheads on chin? clogged pores?

I have been able to keep my cystic acne under control by using salycitic acid wash/lotion but still have, and even more so now, on teeny tiny whiteheads in the middle of my chin. I use bp to spot treat my acne but was just prescribed Differin for all over. Will this help with the closed comedo or whiteheads? They are super tiny and I do try to extract those that I can.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

Newbie with questions

I'm 28(almost 29 in two weeks, yikes!) and develped adult acne about 5 years ago(never had it as a teen). It didn't get that bad, or should I say, I was able to control it, until after I was pg and delivered my first child over 2 years ago.
During my pg I developed peri-oral dermatitis around my nose. The products I had been using no longer worked for me, but irritated me more. (Purpose Dualaction moisturizer, Purpose Gentle Cleanser) I then changed to Cetaphil on Dermatologist rec. I was also using Rx lotions which did little but irritate. About 4months post partum the perioral derm went away, but I began with cystic acne on my chin. Which I have had in the past, but only one every couple months, I could deal with it.
Fast forward to now. I constantlyhave at least 5 blemishes on my face. Usually chin and forhead. Often one near the crease in my nose. I also get blackheads on my chin/nose/forhead but they aren't as noticable.
As of December, I've been using Arbonne Clear Advantage Skincare. I thought it was working, as my skin seems smoother, but eveytime I heal from one breakout another appears.
Should I go back to just Cetaphil and be done with the expensive stuff?? I have super sensitive skin too. Sunsreen is a HUGE issue because I am fair, freckled and get red/ruddy easily. I have yet to find a sunscreen I can wear w/out worry of irritation or breakout.
Any thoughts would be helpful.
