Hi, guys! I know there are a lot of clever guys and girls, some of them talk like real scientists
No diet changes, no habit changes, nothing. Just simple external influences are applied to my skin - the sun and the salt water. When I go back to the city..away from the beach without sun exposure and salts baths my skin gets back to it's normal state - acne. And even worse, real bad and permanent white spots (scars) on my darker skin are leaved from the active zits. Do you have any idea? Sebum reduction from sun and fast skin healing from the salt water? Or maybe something else? I'm sure I can use this knowledge to improve my skin, I'm sure there is other method I can make my skin so smooth and clear. But I'm not sure if I have acne or folliculitis on my body, because my skin responds good to Nizoral and other typical anti-PF treatments, too. Thanks in advance

I found a lot of information about folliculitis and its treatments, but very few articles about diet/holistic methods and folliculitis.
I have mild-moderate folliculitis all over my body and shoulders and it seems clearly it doesn't respond to dietary changes. I tried anti-dandruff shampoos like H&S but they made the condition worse. Any advices?

Hello, everybody! Most of the time in this forum I'm spending in the holistic forum...so let me give a little background about me.
I'm 16, teenager with mild-moderate acne on face, back, chest, shoulders. I have acne since the last 5-6 years.Very oily skin on my T-zone and pretty much dry skin on my cheeks. A lot of small black and white heads all over my acne-prone zones. They are every where. And not so many inflamed pustules and papules. I think I have some form of folliculitis along with my mild-moderate acne, because these zits are everywhere. In my 6 years of acne history I can say that I tried almost everything I can try or/and afford - you can check my signature for more info. I didn't try only accutane or antibiotics. My acne isn't that bad for accutane. And I don't thing antibiotics are the safest thing in the world, so I decided to battle my acne without them. Unfortunately, I reached the point from which I can say I'm completely hopeless and helpless. I tried EVERYTHING without results. Here goes the question: what to do next?

Things that didn't work for me. I tried them for at least a couple of weeks or months.
Things that didn't do absolutely nothing for my skin All kind of lotions (BP, Zynerit, Scinoren, Eucerin, DermaClean, etc, etc..) - 5 years of local treatments experiments
