Hi guys,
I'm really new to this regimen (week 1), no horror stories however i have these weird bumps only on my right cheek - they are tiny and not pimples. Could this be caused from lack of moisture? Has any one else experienced these? and any tips of removing them?? thanks, i know it has to get worse before it gets better, but this is weird. |

what do you mean by bumps? Are they blackheads? no not black heads, more like a rash..my face isn't burning or anything when i put the BP on and i'm trying to use the AHA+ twice a week for the first little bit...i don't know, i lathered it in moisturizing cream last night and it seems to have gone down a bit..?? I might just stick with using mor moisturizing cream then i first thought i needed too... hope it works! |

You shouldn't be using AHA at all until you've been on The Regimen for at least a month.
Your skin needs time to adjust to the BP before you add in the AHA. AHA is strong stuff, and can be too harsh and irritating on your skin while it's still adjusting to the BP. |
