Is it ok to use finacea on accutane?

Is it possible to have an Initial Breakout from using a new cleanser??

I'm wondering because I've been using Sea Breeze Naturals (mildly antibacterial I may add) for about 2 weeks now and I'm breaking out like CRAZY. I usually get mild acne now after 2 accutane treatments but now my skin is breaking out in inflamed lesions that have heads and hurt (but no cysts or nods). This is really bothering me and I actually skipped a class because of it on wednesday...

I usually use cetaphil cleanser btw

will accutane specifically show up in blood tests?

say I was to take left over accutane before actually being prescribed the drug again. And taking a blood test, would the drug specifically show up in the test (thus they would know I was taking it) or would they just see the triglyceride levels and whatnot?

40 mg every 2-3 days?

I've got 15 40 mg accutane pills leftover from my second treatment (both were 80 mg a day btw) and was wondering if taking one every 2-3 days would benefit me any? I'm really wanting to go back on accutane but until I agree to the hassle of dealing with getting it every month I'd like to know if doing this would help any. I've got mild acne now, blackheads, whiteheads, and red bumps that aren't inflammed. Although this is still a great deal better than my cystic acne 2 years ago I still can't help but want clear skin again.

Also, I know I shouldn't take tane without supervision etc etc but I never had any problems with my health on accutane. Plus this would be at a much lower cumulative dose.
