*Vitamin A Capsules*

Hey all. just wondering if anyone has tried Vitamin A capsules?!
I just bought some Thompson's Vitamin A tablets today as it says it helps with skin etc...
anyone tried it?! or any Vitamin A capsules? haha..if you have let me know how it went!! I'll be grateful to hear from anyone

Hey everyone..

Ive just started using proactiv as my skin has started to become bad again even though I used to be on Roaccutane for some time. Just wondering if anyone has experienced acne coming back after being on roaccutane or if proactive has worked for anyone??!

I was wondering...what would be the best product to put on red marks? Im on accutane so it cant be anything that'll easily damage my skin...
Aloe vera gel? Bio oil?

Im on Accutane and I was wondering what the best moisturiser to use would be-what moisturiser will keep my skin from getting flaky throughout the day? At the moment im on 30mg (accutane) and using Derma Drate Dry Skin moisturiser.It works ok but is quite heavy and makes my face extra shiny! haha...driving me crazy!

Well if you have any ideas on what moisturiser I should use then feel free to reply!!
