Queen Helene Oatmeal 'n Honey Natural Facial Scrub

Anyone tried this before. I know a lot of people like the mint julep mask, and this scrub has great reviews online but the third ingredient is Sodium Lauryl Sulfate so im not sure.

Acnefree mess

I used acnefree from about march- december of 2008 with ok results. I stopped using it for 6 six months, and then started using it about 6 weeks ago. about three weeks in i started getting a minor breakout, but three weeks later i am still breaking out, extremely worse with a lot of cysts. I really dont know what to do, i dont know if this is still an initial purge or if my face just is not agreeing with the acnefree this time.

Swimming in pool

Its been pretty hot lately and i have been swimming in my pool a lot.But i am afraid that the chlorine is going to make me break out. i have read that chlorine in tap water is bad for acne. Do you think swimming could be bad for acne
