I was thinking that it might be a good idea to get a blood glucose meter, like this one: http://www.amazon.com/Touch-Ultra-Mini-Blo...e/dp/B000OYGJCK

It's not that expensive, and it might take the guess work out of trying to maintain stable blood sugar levels...which relates to insulin, which relates to everything else, etc....

In the past several weeks I have added dairy back to my diet in the form of greek yogurt, feta cheese, and mozzarella. I've been eating a lot of the stuff daily and I've noticed that my breasts have gotten bigger...I am not imagining this, trust me, I know my body.

Now, the dairy I am eating is not organic...so that could potentially be the problem?

Has anyone else experienced this?

Okay, the picture in the link is not my forehead (I got it off the internet), but I do have these and have seen them on other people.

I want to figure out what is going on in/with the pore. When I look at my forehead in natural light with a mirror, I see my pores. But I also see a little dark spot in the pore. Or maybe it is that the pore is dark. What is it?

I do not think it is necessarily oil or blackheads because even after doing a mask and having my skin be completely dry (not dry as in dry skin, but dry as in free of oil, albeit temporarily), they still appear dark.

I also don't think that all pores are like this as I have seen plenty of people with enlarged pores that do not have that darkness, that dark center and are the same color as the rest of the skin.

Here is the link to the picture. Just click on the picture to enlarge it and disregard the acne and pimples, just consider the pores. http://img510.imageshack.us/my.php?image=poresal5.jpg

Okay, I have come across something EXTREMELY interesting. Please read:

http://www.candida-society.org/ncs/digestv1i3.htm (Article: Is Candida an Endocrine Disorder?)

http://www.candida-society.org/ncs/symptoms.htm

What do you girls (or guys) think?

Edit: Here is another article that talks more about APICH syndrome (Autoimmune Polyendocripopathy Immune-dysregulation Candidosis Hypersensitivity (try saying that five times) syndrome)

I'm okay. I just have a bunch of red marks on my face. Too much staying in the sun has revealed them. This acne battle is lasting forever. Are you going to college soon?
