I am going on a date this coming Sunday, I need some advice on how to help my pimples heal (I don't have any current ones at the moment just ones that have surfaced so I hygenically popped them with dettol and tissues etc..
So at the moment I am using Clinique's anti-blemish range because I am allergic to Benzyl Peroxide (actually allergic to it) I have the following products that I use for spot treatment.. 1. Clinique anti-blemish spot on liquid 2. Nurofen gel with 1% ibropfen stuff 3. All over Differin .1% treatment at night What else can I do to help, or stop doing? I'd really appreciate your replies even if they are just about similar stories.

Hi guys,
I have started using bi-carb soda mixed with cetaphil cleanser as an exfoliant. Does anyone have experience with this? It stings my face a little bit. But I need to exfoliate SOME how, otherwise my skin is so flaky and my makeup won't sit properly. Thank-you for any responses

Hi Everyone
 Just today I have started using Dan's products.. for a little info here is my regimen: 1. Cleanse with Dan's Cleanser 2. Pat face try and apply Witch Hazel toner 3. (If in the evening) Apply pea-sized amount of Differin 0.01% 4. (If in the evening) Apply half a pump of Dan's BP 5. Dan's Moisturizer with 3 drops of Jojoba Oil I take several internal medications along with this regimen: 1. Diane 35 (the pill) 2. Anti Depressants (20mg) 3. Doxycycline (100mg- doesn't seem to be working so I'm going to see my doctor about it). Anyhow, I will try to update this log once a week on my progress if there is any. Here are some photos of my acne at the moment...

My acne.org regimen package arrived today.
I used the cleanser like Dan shows on his video, I put on a quarter of a pump of BP.. everything was fine.. then I put on the AHA and my face turned red and stings. It's not dry because I put the moisturizer on with some drops of that Joba oil. Will this always happen to me? I've never used AHA before.. I only used a pea sized amount of the AHA. Thank-you guys. At the moment I have a cold cloth against my face to cool it down.

Q. What scrub (if any) do you use to exfoliate your skin weekly?
Please state the brand name, approximate cost and what you think of the scrub itself I am trying to find one to use with the acne.org regimen, preferably a gentle scrub. Thanks and I appreciate all feedback
