Can I skip the moisturizer in the morning (i do aha+ at night)? Do i need to moisturize and if so why. I want to stop moisturizing because it makes my skin so oily/greasy.

Any moisturizer I use tends to make me oily... So I was wondering, can I just cleanse and then do Dan's BP and be done with it, and not moisturize?

My skin gets really red and rough when I do the combo of BP then AHA+. The redness doesnt go away the next morning, it usuallly takes about 3 day for it to go away. So I was wondering, can I just use AHA+ one night and the next two nights just use BP? Like this: monday:BP tuesday:BP wedxnesday:AHA thursday": BP friday: BP saturday: AHA+? Ideally I would use AHA+ just by itself, no BP at all that night.

So after I apply Dan's BP, I wait 15 minutes then my moisturizer, wait 15 minutes and then spot treat with AHA+?

So I went to the derm about 2 weeks ago. She prescribed me to use retin-a in the night and cleocin in the morning(i got Fougera Clindamycin, the generic version). I went on these because I have developed this weird redness on my face, nothing to do with acne. 2 weeks into my regimen, the redness is gone! biggrin.gif. Buttttttttttttttttttttttttt, I am suffering with the IB right now, having the breakout on my cheeks and neck (i did have acne prior to the redness but Dan's regimen took care of it). So I was wondering how long did your IB last? Also, how much retin-a/clindamycin should i use? I use a pea size amount on my cheeks, chin, forehead, and neck (meaning, i do a pea size on each cheek, etc.). Should I be using less or more? Another quick question, I get REALLLLLLLY oily/greasy looking like 10 minutes after I apply the medications, is this normal? So, whadda think of this regimen?

Seems like a decent product, though a bit pricey.
Worth trying at least.
Just beware, ON's whey products taste like ass

You should stick to both.
WHey and creatine are very different, so one doesn't substitute for the other.
BCAA is also important, even more so than creatine

Me too. Oh well, they look like they are going to have a good team next year though.
