This is a repost... I work graveyard shift so whenever I post something its like 4 am and I get no response lol

So Ive been using Alpha hydrox's 12% souffle and I love it but I recently stumbled across some reviews of Amlactin's 12% lotion and I kind of want to try it! It is much cheaper than the souffle if you compare the price vs amount of product you get. Has anyone tried both? Which one do you like best?

I feel like Ive finally won the battle! My skin is so smooth! Everyday that I look in the mirror I cant stop smiling! I am now working on removing all this hyperpigmentation and some shallow scars. Here is my regimen:

morning:
Cleanse with Neutrogena Oil free stress control power scrub (contains AHA and is super gentle)
Tone with Witch Hazel (from walmart)
Treat with persagel 10% BP mixed with Fruit of the Earth Aloe Vera <~ helps me not get dry
Moisturize with Acne-free green tea moisturizer (Absorbs oil and has retinol in it! I buy mine from walgreens)

makeup:
prime with monistat anti-chafing gel
use Everyday Minerals!
Set makeup with Reviva Rosewater facial spray (gives you a healthy dewy glow)

Night:
Neutrogena Oil free stress control power scrub
Tone with Witch Hazel
Treat with persagel 10% BP mixed with Fruit of the Earth Aloe Vera
Moisturize with alpha hydrox 12% souffle and cetaphil mixed with some jojoba oil

Birth control: Lo estrin fe 24 (broke out bad for first 3 months but now my periods are short and light and my skin is beautiful)

Twice a week I have been doing a 55% lactic acid peel from makeup artists choice
&&
every once in a while ill use the mint julep mask if my pores are looking clogged

It may sound like a lot but it is so totally worth it! I have been completely clear for the last 3 months. And by completely clear I mean I have not gotten even one pimple! I have had moderate acne since I was 13 and im now 20.

I just purchased a TCA peel 12.5 % and when I can get sometime off work I will try that for my scars!

Everyone there is hope! I thought I was going to suffer with acne forever and now im clear and so incredibly happy! Good luck !

Everytime I make an appt to go the derm. I can never get in for like 2 months... Then when its time for the appt my skin looks pretty dang good. How will the derm be able to prescribe me something if it doesnt even look like I have bad skin! What should I tell him? "uhh sorry Im having a good skin week" lol I mean Im happy my skin is looking clear but come on

wow you are so pretty! good luck with doxy! I took it last year with retin-a and it did nothing for me. But I hope it does for you. make sure you eat it with food b/c it'll make you nauseous very easily.
