ninja.gif OKay so starting a new regimen that includes exercise on a more consistent basis and a new face wash are not all that I would like to include. I would like to know if anyone has a good hold on supplements to be taking. I already take Vitamin C, and an Omega blend for Cardio Vascular.....but I would like some pointers as to what to take to help keep me going. I want to stay away from anything that could possibly enhance my breakouts so anyone with a clue please inform the less informed..........

Okay so hmmm....I have had acne for at least the last 6 years....some weeks are good and then some are bad just as it is for most others I have read about. I have tried just about everything and stumbled across this site. So much info and I don't know what is going to be best for me. I currently use TriClear...which has shown a major improvement from the Neutrogena regimen I was using for several years....which I can say I was in denial about it working. TriClear although seemingly working now is very expensive and doesn't seem to stop oil through the day or really get rid of the underneath the skin problems. Reading so much from so many different cases has left me confused on what to try next. I hear good things about Dan's regimen...but am weary of using so much BP....doesn't it cause pre-mature aging ? Was also interested in Carly's Clear and Smooth.....but have heard mixed feelings about that.
My problem areas tend to be my chin area and cheeks. I am extremely pale thus the territory when being a red head....and have very sensitive skin....which tends to stand out. The TriClear is the only thing I have used for the last two months and has done better than anything else I have tried but it isn't cutting it. I need something that will allow me to not be embarrassed.... to pull my hair up and actually show my face. I feel like I am always wearing my hair down in hope of concealing what I know people stare at. So enough said.....suggestions...please???
