bp redness

Is it normal for the skin to turn really red when u start bp?. Redness that lasts a few days like? ..cause i duno whether to continue using if its always gona be like that. I duno if im allergic to it or if its a tolerance thing.. maybe after a week it will be ok?

Ive been prescribed bp to be used in the mornings .. and differin at night.

My derm put me on differin today and tetralysal. I was just wondering if anyone has had results with these treatments cause ive never been on them before.

Just wanna say first of all how good a site this is , cause everyone can relate to each other in some way or another.

Ive had acne since i was 15 , im 23 now. Teenage years 16 and 17 were the worst , as i developed cystic acne. So i went on my 1st course of roaccutane at that point. It cleared up alot of the cysts and in time , after coming off it, it seemed i was just battling basic acne, i was no longer suffering from cystic.

I have a few scars and red marks to this day due to the cystic acne so im trying to find ways in dealing with them.

Anyway.. thats my story . be great to get to know yas all
