I recently cut dairy off of my diet but I am a weight lifter as well. As you know, protein is a vital part in muscle reparation and milk is a good source of protein. My acne is getting better without the milk but I ate some peanuts during the week and I woke up with some whiteheads. Do you think that the peanuts affected me and do you think that removing milk from my diet will help clear me up? Also, do you know of any other good protein sources that are similar to milk?
