Thought id drop a post about a product im using which has cleared up my complxion 100%
It don't come with gimmics, has no relation to acne what so ever but is the best product to assist with clearing up your skin IMO It's called Liz Earle. It can only be purchased from the Liz Earle shops (which are few and far between) or the internet (QVC)-or other sites possibly. Ive been using this product for 9months and i couldnt go without it now. It leaves your skin felling totally refreshed and balences your skintone. Any blotchy marks i had are no longer, And without purposely buying it for my scars and red marks ...its cleared them up a treat! Just a thought some of you may try. Cuz i can relate to being frustrated with trying products that cost but arn't effective! http://www.qvcuk.com/ukgasp/frameset.asp?n...tDesc=liz+earle If you do decide to check out the website you'll see theres alot of products... The only products i use are the - 1)Cleanse/Polish duo - Must have (Which comes with the cloth you wash with) 2)And the tonic. *You wash x2 a day.. once morning once night. Massaging the cream into your face then using the cloth rinsed in warm water to wipe.. then rinse* Just to start though id just reccomend the cleanse polish duo and then you can go from there... It may seem a little expensive but lasts around a month. If your a lady that likes pamering and taking care of your skin this is a deffo, But dont men get put off cuz its for all. I got that fed up with trying different things i practically gave up. Its only bcuz i used my boyfriends moms when i stayed over that i found this. Goodluck in clearing all x Rachel

This is a Question for people who have finished a ro-accutane course.
Its approaching 2months since ive finished the course and i dont feel right in myself. Its like my body feels weak? Immune system kinda thing... I still carnt quench my thirst, Im even craving fizzy pop and cups of tea with loads of sugar... And normally id just drink water and juice. If it wasnt for constantly going to the toilet i woulda drown myself by now im sure of it. #-o Then theres chocolate and food in general... Which im eating like its going out of fashion. Lucky not gaining any weight but that in itself is a concern really. They do say you can confuse hunger with thirst so im guessin thats why im eating alot. I have been to my doc/derm... Ive had a sugertest twice now but all its showing is a low sugar count. The second being lower than the first as i aviodid eating any sugar beforehand. But they didnt really say much. Its also my week off and since tuesday i have felt like complete shite due to comming down with yet another cold/flu again #-o Im not used to getting ill...i hate it. Ive always had a good immune system. Anyway, i guess my question is has anyone else had problems like this or know what it may be caused from? Thanks, Rach
