Our oily skin will subside. -I think that actually depends on how many days you can do that.. It can maybe reduce the oil but that would be limited for a good 2-4 days. this is because the body compensates, when you starve yourself, your brain sends signals to the different organs to conserve. Your body may adjust for a while but all your reserves will be depleted in only as much as it can hold. By then, real problems will appear..

or you can do that vitamin B5 Experiment in the natural/holistic posts. that's could help depending on whether your oily skin is caused by hormones.

prolonged starvation will reduce everything. Probably reduce the amount of sh1t by 40% too. Duh.
