Hey all,

I placed on 6/26/2009 at 4:33p.m. My purchase includes the Starter Kit, 8 oz. bottles ,6 oz. AHA+ , and 8 oz of Organic Jojoba Oil which brings a grand total of $82.43.

After receiving a confirmation email that my order was shipped out "A package was shipped to you on 06/29/2009 via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail" i checked the track and confirm of my order. My order stated that it was sent on the 29th and received on the 30th at 3:44 pm through the USPS website. I was home at the time and no product was received.

My order number was 250065.

Before i get flamed for posting this i have sent 2 message to the acne.org support and have not yet received any response about my problem. I am not blaming the website. I think it is the USPS fault and i have already filed a complaint. I am extremely frustrate with this. I paid $82.43 for something i did not received which i feel is completely BS.

Has anyone ever encounter a problem like this. What can i do about this?

Call your local post office and ask if a package is there waiting for you. Sometimes they will attempt delivery and if the person isn't home, they will take it back to the post office.
Tell them your story and they may be able to trace it. But otherwise, I know it's frustrating and I'm sorry this happened, but it's out of our hands. I would hope the post office would reimberse you or something.

I'm sure you'll get a reply from our support person soon. Perhaps he'll have more advice for you on how to handle this.

I would like to know how this problem was resolved also. I'm also having the same problem with my order #254114 and have sent the support team 3 emails already. I hope the site's attitude is not "It's out of our hands". I would think if you guys sell your product exclusively through mail (i'm guessing) that you would have a better business relationship with the post office. I'ld hate to think that I'm gambling every time I place an order with Danielkern especially since every order is like 40-80 bucks for me and shipping cost is kind of high (highest off any site I've ordered for standard shipping). I've read that if a shipment is lost when ordering with amazon.com, they immediately send you a second shipment and have the usps reimburse them. Anyhow, I'm sick of calling USPS and getting the runaround with the automated machine, inputting long shipment codes, and talking to disinterested post-office worker. They will probably never call me back, and if I don't get answer from a support team soon (I'm sorry if you guys are overworked or backup right now), then I will probably dispute the charge through my credit card company. I'm sorry but this is unacceptable to me especially when I've tried all I can on my end and I'm sorta breaking out >.<. PS. Gl Ken. -Billy

I got a reply at midnight tonight from Travis of the support team (I can't believe he works that late). He was very professional and took care of my problem. I'm glad I bought from a reliable company and will continue to be a customer in the future. Thanks again Travis.
