Status: Clear after 30 years. Over 3 years in March '09! Good Things for Acne Story: Severe Acne since I was 10. 10+ years of Dermatologists, Antibiotics, topicals and ACCUTANE did nothing. Discovered oranges triggered the worst of my cystic acne = about 70% improvement. B-complex with zinc and C, saw palmetto and aspirin mask = more improvement, a lot less oily. Diet changes = Clear. Regimen: Anti-inflammatory, nutrient dense, blood sugar stabilizing diet and supplements (for hormones, inflammation, aging, health). Mild cleanser. Occasional BHA usage. Jojoba or Moisturizer w/ niacinimide for hyperpigmentation. I just read my probiotics container and it says that they contain milk. I stay away from dairy because it breaks me out..do you think there would be enough milk in the probiotics to do anything?
