I seriously think i've got rid of it!
I dunno how or why. All i've been doing is avoiding artificial ingredients and food colourings. I take a multi vit with pro and prebiotics and every morning before i eat anything i sqeeze a lemon into a glass and fill the rest up with water (200ml) and drink it and have nothing else for about 20mins. I stick my finger in the glass and use it over some scars too. I've been doing this for 3 weeks now and not 1 i mean not 1 spot for the last 2.5 weeks! and i can still eat sugary things which aren't full of crap ofcourse. I wash my face twice a day like usual with just a clean and clear scrub cream. Nothing else. I've just noticed this that i've had no out breaks at all. What do you think?

What's low in sugar and doesn't contain a crap load of artificial ingredients?
I can't seem to find the ingredients list of any type of main stream beer or alco pops :s Anyone know? i hate waking up the next morning and looking what i've just done to my skin.

So i thought i'd try it.
Im eating a normal healthy diet but im staying away from artificial ingredients like (E901) and stuff like that. Im on a body building diet so im taking in 200g+ of protein a day with lots of fruit and veg. I squess a lemon into a pint glass (takes up about 1CM) then just fill the rest with water and down it every morning as soon as i wake.

Okay for starters im building myself up so lots and lots of protein.
For two weeks i went on a solid chicken and veg diet, bland as hell but it worked, i drunk nothing but water and twice a day a glass of milk with my protein shake. Also before workouts i drunk 1 can of 'kick'... cheap eqivalant of Redbull. (yes the one with 10tsp+ of sugar per can) Goes along nicely... then on Sunday my nana came over for a sunday roast and just smelling the lamb and the potatoes cooking made me think mmm ive been really good, one roast dinner wont hurt! The Sunday Dinner Roast Lamb - straight out in the oven, a little bit of mint added. Roast Potatoes - little bit of olive oil to brown them off Cabbage - boiled, nothing added Carrots - boiled, nothing added Peas - boiled, nothing added Yorkshire pudding - egg, flour and milk. Nothing added. Gravy - "Ahh Besto!!!" Pudding Egg whites mixed with sugar. Let it set and add cream, strawberries and kiwi. (made it myself) I wake up the following moring with 3 spots on my cheek and chin. Where did i go wrong? Answer and reason please. p.s. i know the answer, i took 2 hours of looking for what caused it but i found it. I just want to know the stereotypical answer! |
