I'm currently trying my best to get rid of some backne as well as get my face in better shape before a summer vacation trip to a beach. I normally take only showers at night just before bed. Here lately I'm also trying to take one in the morning.

There's a number of factors with this that could be causing it. One may be the shower water hitting my back the majority of the time causing irritation while in there soaping up other areas.
Wondering if I'm washing my back area good enough.. I am now using something like the body buddy for washing it apposed to just dragging a wash cloth down it.

Anyways I was wanting ya's thoughts or what is it you do to have the best luck with. Taking 2 showers a day is a bit much I think and it's just getting so annoying having to put in so much time for just my daily things to do.

thank you

I recently got talked into buying a couple of products from a booth in a mall I was at yesterday. This stuff seemed to work really well during the demonstration.
These products were rather pricey for me but at the same time I got them for 50%-75% the normal price advertised.

first up:
Elite Minerals "by the dead sea" Mineral Body Scrub. It's to remove dead skin cells from your body and just a doing it on my hands it made a bowl of blackish water appear. I am going to try this on some of my troubled spots such as my back and on my arms around the triceps location.
use: once a week

second up:
Oro Gold 24k Gold Deep Peeling http://www.orogoldcosmetics.com/
This is made with pure 24 karat gold. Used to exfoliate and remove the build up of dirt and oil on the face.
use: once-twice a week

I was just curious if anyone else has tried out either of these products before.

Also I was wondering if there is any harm in this incorporating these with Dan's already set regiment. Just having these done once a week with the regiment that's done daily.

Hi guys, first post on this forum. Stumbled upon this the other day while researching some on acne cures.

My story is I've been dealing with light-moderate acne with annoying oily skin probably since I was like 12 and now being nearly 24.

I've tried so many different things I don't even know where to start. As to what I'm doing now it is very similar to the regiment being posted on the home page. I've yet to ever see a dermatologist since it's not severe but is consistent over 75% of the time, also never have took Accutane and I hope I never do from things I hear.

Over the course of the last year I've been going to the gym 2 days a week and trying to eat a better selection of foods for my overall health. Weather or not this has helped much is debatable but I have really gotten to enjoy going to the gym and working out stress I built up from work and other areas.
Getting my body in better shape is giving more self confidence which I feel that if I can keep up will have a noticeable effect overall on my acne.

I hope to broaden my knowledge on this topic more through time on the site.

Best of luck to everyone with their battles comfort.gif
